is to visit Telangana Today

BJP national president JP Nadda will inaugurate the party's district offices and will also attend a conference of state office-bearers and BJP's district presidents in the State capital Hyderabad during a visit to Telangana today on Friday. Mr. Nadda will reach the Hyderabad airport by afternoon on Friday and head to Sangareddy, about 60 km from Hyderabad, where he will inaugurate the party's new offices.
After the inauguration program in Sangareddy, he will virtually inaugurate other district unit offices in Warangal, Bhupalpally, Jangaon, and Mahbubabad districts in Telangana. Also, the will inaugurate the offices of Anantapur and Chittoor districts in the neighboring State of Andhra Pradesh was informed through an official release by the BJP on Thursday.
Further, according to sources, J.P. Nadda will also chair a crucial meeting on 4 April, which will feature, among others, the BJP's Top brass, such as national general secretary B.L. Santosh. At the meeting, a grand strategy for the recently announced upcoming Karnataka Assembly elections will be planned out, sources added.
Telangana will go to elections by the end of this year, and the BJP has set eyes on wresting the reins of the state from the BRS and CM K Chandrashekhar Rao and getting into power. In the last Assembly 2018 Elections, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) secured a rich mandate and got 88 out of 119 assembly seats, while the INC had to settle for just 19. The BJP could win just 1 seat.
