Boston's State Street to add up
5,000 jobs in Hyderabad

After bagging many investments back to back, now is another big boost for Hyderabad's banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector. The Boston-based State Street firm has announced huge expansion plans to add 5,000 new jobs in Hyderabad city.
The great news was announced from Boston, Massachusetts, US by Telangana's IT and Industries Minister and the State ruling party BRS Top Leader KT Rama Rao, who met the top leadership team of the State Street firm, which was founded in Boston way back in 1792, one of the World's oldest and largest asset management companies with over massive amount of $40 trillion under its custody, State Street is extending big in Hyderabad by adding 5k new jobs, the Minister KTR said.
"Not only is State Street hiring some exciting jobs under Artificial Intelligence augmentation, Data Analytics & emerging technologies, but State Street is also housing global roles for HR, Accounting, and others in Telangana's Capital. The City of Hyderabad now becomes the 2nd largest presence for State Street after its Boston, the US-based Headquarters. So proud!!" Minister KT Rama Rao (KTR) tweeted.
KTR inaugurated the State Street facility in Knowledge City, Hyderabad, back in 2017.
