The Cricketer Ambati Tirupathi Rayudu is all set to start for Andhra Pradesh electoral politics after wrapping up the ongoing IPL season in which he represents Chennai Super Kings.

Ambati Tirupathi was brought up in Hyderabad; he is a native of the Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh and is interested in beginning his political journey in Andhra Pradesh.
He revealed his intentions recently and said his family and friends support his decision, and he is mindful of the negative consequences that politics could fetch to his life as a celebrity. "Educated youngsters should join politics to construct a difference, and that thought has driven me into this decision," Mr. Rayudu said.

As per the tone and rumors, He is likely to be a part of Opposition parties like the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Jana Sena Party (JSP), or the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), not the ruling YSRCP. Regardless, he claimed that all major parties have put out feelers to him so far. Ambati's entry would surely strengthen the party, whichever he joins, as he is a pretty known face, especially in the Telugu-speaking region.
