KCR gears up for Telangana
Assembly Elections next year

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi - TRS (now Bharat Rashtra Samithi - BRS) is switching to battle mode ahead of the Assembly elections to be held next year, with a 365-day action plan sketched out.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao said that there would be no early polls and most sitting Legislators would get tickets, which is akin to declaring candidates much in advance and has put the Opposition in difficulty.
For the next 365 days, party lawmakers have been tasked with ensuring the implementation of the electoral promises made in their respective constituencies. They are asked to reach out to every voter, mainly families benefiting from the State Govt. schemes. They are also instructed to strictly remain stationed within their respective constituencies and be available to their constituents unless they are caused to visit Hyderabad or any other place. Thus, KCR and his ruling party seem to leave no stone unturned to win the next assembly elections.
Honestly, KCR or his Party is neither severe nor worried about his previous arch-rival - Congress, as it stands at its all-time low not in Telangana but across the Country. KCR, a veteran politician, is pretty sure that INC is not in a position to give his party any fight in the next year's scheduled assembly elections.
But TRS Supremo is very serious about the expansion of the BJP in the State and its Election Machinery, so he has to confront it now. The CM KCR, addressing the party's State executive committee members, legislators, and Parliament members at Telangana Bhavan, said the TRS (BRS) would fight to safeguard the Country's democratic system on public, legal and other platforms.
"We are a democratic nation and need not fear as we have done nothing wrong. Let us confront them and expose their misdeeds before the Country's people," he said. Such repeated attacks on BJP and Strict instructions to all Party Leaders and Workers to be Stationed in Assembly denote TRS is preparing to apply all means to win the Elections, including bringing out the spirit TRS drove during Telangana Movement around a Decade ago.
