KTR Slams Priyanka Gandhi's Visit to Telangana,
Calls Mrs. Vadra A 'Political Tourist'

Launching a harsh attack on Priyanka Gandhi, BRS Top Leader, and Telangana Minister KTR has described the Congress general secretary - Priyanka Gandhi as a "political tourist" and alleged that her party - Congress is a "sinking ship" that needs to learn from Mr. KTR's Party - BRS's "inclusive policies" in Telangana State.
Bharat Rashtra Samithi's (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao was referring to Priyanka Gandhi's visit to the Saroornagar area of Hyderabad to address a public meeting on the issues of the youth named 'Yuva Sangharshana Sabha' on Monday. On this, KTR said, "Hyderabad is a global city which welcomes hundreds of thousands of tourists every day, and Hyderabad City also welcomes political tourists like Priyanka Gandhi Vadra,"
Minister KTR also took a swipe at Congress and said that the parties which didn't work for the welfare of the countrymen while in power are now "lecturing the State governments like Telangana that consistently ranked tall in terms of performance on good governance."
In an apparent jibe at Priyanka Gandhi, KT Rama Rao said that politicians who have no position and are - unemployed - provoking Telangana youth." KTR accused Congress of exploiting the youth and unemployment "only for its politics."
"India would not have experienced an unemployment crisis if Congress and BJP had announced employment policy and worked like Bharat Rashtra Samithi," he said. "The Telangana government under the leadership of CM K Chandrashekar Rao provided employment to over 20 lakhs youth in the government and private sector," the BRS leader KTR added.
KTR termed the INC as a "sinking ship" and pointed Priyanka Gandhi to turn her "political tour" into an "educational tour" to learn about Inclusive Governance from BRS.
