Uproar in Parliament over Rahul Gandhi's
statement made on Foreign Soil

The Congress Top Leader and Member of Parliament, Wayanad, flew to London last month after attending Congress' plenary session in Raipur, Chattisgarh.
Mr. Gandhi made his last public appearance on foreign soil at an interaction at the United Kingdom (UK) -based policy think tank Chatham House in London on 6 March. During the interaction at the Policy Think Tank, Rahul Gandhi said that democratic institutions in India are under "brutal attack" and termed the Ruling BJP's parent organization - Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), a "secret society" built to subvert democratic processes sparked controversy in India.
The BJP and Congress are Head to Head over the issue during the proceedings of the ongoing Budget session of Parliament, which has led to repeated disruptions. The Ruling BJP and the Congress bench trading barbs, and Congress MPs resisting the BJP's demand that Mr. Rahul Gandhi must apologize for his remarks made in the UK. Congress leaders are defending the statement of Mr. Gandhi and opposing the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) demand and allegations of being Rahul Gandhi Anti - India.
The Stalwarts of the BJP, including Union Minister Piyush Goyal, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister Anurag Thakur, and many others, have been attacking Rahul Gandhi for the London remark.
"Rahul Gandhi, the Congress Leader and a member of the Lok Sabha, Wayanad, had gone to London, UK and tried to defame India and said the democratic system in India is completely crumbling. He also said foreign powers should save India's democracy. He attempted to hurt India's honor and prestige deeply. This is condemnable. The House should condemn, and he should apologize to the Lok Sabha," The Defence Minister, Rajnath Singh, said.
As the BJP has a very strong organization and mechanism to react to its foes and deal with the challenges it faces being the Ruling Party, it results in solid and quick reactions. Notably, if one observes the working of the BJP since they took over the Power in the Centre or Even before that, the BJP has always been extremely strong and reactive, especially towards Congress and Gandhi Family. Though the Congress is going through its worst time ever with poor electoral performances across the country and struggling with internal factionalism and organizational issues, the BJP still never leaves a stone unturned to tackle Congress with its full force.
In one way, it indicates the professionalism of the BJP working. Secondly, it means the Congress, still at its all-time low, has the potential to compete with the BJP, unlike any regional or national party. This is why BJP always puts its cards in place well when it comes to Congress. Thus, the Grand Old Party - Indian National Congress (INC) maintains its relevance way more than any other strong party in the country, as the BJP has proved through its actions from time to time.
